PROCESSING TIME
- The journal is shipped within 48 hours after order is placed if there is no personalization required. If personalization is required, the processing time is 72 hours.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- If the journal is personalized, refunds or exchanges are not accepted, however, contact us if there is a problem. If the journal is not personalized in any way, contact us for a refund.
